 What is Damp Course?
Polyethylene Damp Course Proofing is a product that has been developed primarily for the Building industry. View Brochure. It is an embossed plastic sheeting replacement/substitution for bitumised paper and is used to water proof windows, wood frames, concrete and any other area that may absorb or allow water to enter into the structure:
- Permanent Moisture Barrier
- 500 µM thickness, as per the Australian Standard.
- Double sided, embossed Polyethylene strip
- Conforms to Australian Standard 2904 - 1995

 Our Damp Course is made from 100% recycled plastic and embossed on both sides to fit snugly into all areas. It is black which allows for UV protection and its core is also made from Recycled Plastic (not cardboard) so that you know our product is genuine. Provides a totally recyclable product.

Our design and production team have worked to develop what we feel is a high-quality product list for our customers to choose from. We have also been able to analyse the specifications of the product so that all members of the building team are able to see the exact specifications that are being used.

Polythene Dampcourse is now available in 20m, 30m,50m and 100m roll lengths as a standard stock size whilst custom extruded lengths are also available on a case-by-case quotation. The 30m and 50m rolls are packed in custom-designed boxes with the 50m rolls also available unboxed on a pallet if required. View here for our complete product listing range.

Ordering and Labelling Options- Polythene Dampcourse is available in 30m and 50m roll lengths.
- All product is 500 µM thickness.
- Packaging options: 30m lengths are packed in boxes, 50m rolls are available unboxed on a pallet and now more recently boxed as well.
 We can label your Damp Course Rolls or leave them unlabelled and just label the boxes with details of product.
A copy of our generic label is shown, however we have a graphic designer who will work personally with you to design your own label should you require.
Our rolls are sealed using hot melt glue so there is no need to dispose of sticky tape and product is usable very easily with minimal waste factor- this helps reduce the impact on our environment - the ethos of our company.
